Career Audit
Revision audits are on-site audits but are not necessarily audits of the entire system and should be planned in conjunction with other review activities so that the certifying body can ensure that the certified management system is within the interval between recertification audits Continuously fulfills the requirements. A review audit planning should include at least the following:
A. Internal Audit and Management Review
B. Review the measures taken to detect non-conformities during the previous audit
C. handling complaints;
D. the effectiveness of the management system in relation to the achievement of the objectives of the certified employer
E. Progress of planned activities aimed at continuous improvement
F. Continuous operational control
G. Review any changes
H. Use of marks and / or any reference to the certificate
Review audits must be carried out at least once a year. The date of Odin Audit review after the certification of the Odyssey should not be more than 12 months after the last day of the second phase audit.
